Peanut Butter Cookies
1 cup natural (no sugar added) peanut butter
1 cup sugar OR 3/4 cup coconut palm sugar OR 1/2 cup Splenda
1 egg
(Optional) 1 tbsp coconut flour
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Combine all ingredients. (if using an alternate sweetener you might want to taste test before adding the egg to make sure it is at your desired sweetness!) The coconut flour is optional, I find it makes a bit of a fluffier cookie.
Bake for 8-10 minutes. Enjoy!
