biscoff cookies






A while back we won a contest on Facebook for a case of Biscoff spread.  I gave some away, but I still had a lot of Biscoff spread to use.  I made some scones (if I can find a picture, I'll post a recipe...), and I made some cookies!



Biscoff Cookies

2 cups dark brown sugar, packed
1 cup Biscoff spread
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup corn syrup
2 eggs
2 tbsp vanilla
3 cups flour
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt

Preheat your oven to 350.  Combine sugar and wet ingredients, then add dry ingredients.  Line a cookie sheet with parchment, and scoop the dough onto it in small scoops.  Bake for 10 minutes.
