Peanut butter cookies
1 cup peanut butter (I used crunchy)
1/2 cup palm sugar
1 egg
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together. (Tip: spray the measuring cup with cooking spray before you put in the peanut butter to keep it from sticking.) Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper, and drop spoonfuls of batter onto the sheet. Flatten cookies, and bake for 8-10 minutes.
