I made these on my George Foreman grill, because George is my BFF.
Garlic Parmesan Chicken Nuggets
Chicken breast
Bread crumbs (I used regular italian bread crumbs this time, but panko is also awesome)
Parmesan (a large amount, this along with the bread crumbs will be the base for your breading)
Egg (Two eggs were enough for one chicken breast)
Adobo seasoning
Garlic powder
Garlic salt
—–
Cut up the chicken breast into bite size pieces. Mix up your bread crumbs and parmesan in a bowl, then add the adobo, garlic powder, and a quick sprinkle of garlic salt. Beat the eggs in a separate bowl.
Coat the chicken in the egg and then the breading. (Do not spray the grill for any of these, I find this pointless. It won’t stick, so don’t add unnecessary oil.) Grill until the breading is golden brown. (Test the largest piece of each batch to make sure it is fully cooked.)
Red Seasoned Grilled Chicken Nuggets
Chicken breast
Paprika
Garlic powder
Poultry seasoning
Black pepper
Garlic salt
—–
Cut up the chicken breast into bite size pieces and spread out on your cutting board in a single layer. Sprinkle the seasonings onto the chicken (I sprinkled rather generously). Place the chicken pieces on the grill seasoning side down, then sprinkle seasonings on the other side. Grill until chicken is fully cooked.
Garlic is Awesome Grilled Chicken Nuggets
Chicken breast
Minced garlic
Garlic powder
Adobo seasoning
Black Pepper
Garlic Salt
—–
Cut up the chicken into bite size pieces and spread out on your cutting board in a single layer. Spread the minced garlic around so there is some on every piece, then sprinkle your seasonings. Place the chicken pieces onto the grill seasoning side down, then sprinkle the seasonings on the other side (I chose to use the minced garlic on only one side). Grill until chicken is fully cooked.
