Okay, so I will preface this with the following: I took a probably already bastardized recipe and warped it even further, so this may not be the most authentic shrimp curry, but it’s my first go, so I can be forgiven just this once.

Chicken Nuggets a la George

My local grocery store had a sale on boneless chicken breast this past week, so I bought a pack of three chicken breasts, and decided to make chicken nuggets   Everything in these recipes is “to taste,” I didn’t measure anything.  I used one chicken breast for each recipe (mine were about 300g each, I’d say they’d feed 1-2 people).

I made these on my George Foreman grill, because George is my BFF.
